    التأكد من اهتمام الشركة بدفع الأرباح للمساهمين، ومقدار الربح الذي تقوم بتوزيعه. فإن كانت نسبة الأرباح تزيد عاما تلو الآخر فذلك من المؤشرات الجيدة أيضا. ذلك إلى جانب أن تلك الأسهم الموزعة للأرباح تزيد من نسبة أرباح المستثمر.
